Quantitatively, the subject' depression, anxiety, and distress scores decreased. Based on feedback from the subject, centering helped him regulate his emotions and increase acceptance of the current condition. Empty chairs could help the subject express emotions and perform conflict resolution more adaptively. Abstract

This study aims to exam integrated centering and empty chair techniques to improve emotion regulation capabilities in individuals with Asperger Syndrome.
