Methods: 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were randomly selected from those admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019, and they were divid-ed into two groups, and given different nursing methods. Results: The nursing effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group in terms of improvement of patients’ bad mood, nursing compliance, and improvement of patients’ quality of life. P < 0.05 indicates the statistical significance.
