The ap-plication of VLAN is also aimed at over-coming traffic on networks that have multiple segments such as the case study in this study. This study aims to design a VRRP protocol to provide a redundant network and high availablelity network in MAN 1 Sema-rang. The results of this study obtained an average delay of 53,4ms and Packet Loss of 0.7%. Abstract

In redundant Network Provisioning a parameter is required to be used as a reference to assess network quality called Quality of Service (QoS). Some parameters that affect QoS include delay, and packet loss on the internet network.so to im-prove the quality of network services, it must be in accordance with the Quality of Service parameters.
