The study has sampled 120 pharmacists qualified with both bachelor in pharmacy and diploma in pharmacy from both multi-speciality and single speciality hospitals (60 respondents from each kinds of hospitals, respectively) using judgement sampling method. Percentage, mean and standard deviation have been applied to analyse the data. The results of the study show that there is no significant difference in the perception of the pharmacists towards the majority of the factors associated with motivation that affect their job satisfaction. Abstract
