Atkinson; Datums and Map Projections for Remote Sensing, GIS and Surveying by Dr. J.C. Iliffe; Digital Imaging by Ron Graham, and Small Format Aerial Photography by Warner, Graham and Read. For a historical slant on cartography there is Everest-the Man and the Mountain by J.R. Smith and the forthcoming Journey into Africa: The Life and Death o f Keith Johnston, Scottish Cartographer and Explorer (1844-79) by James McCarthy.
