Abstract

: This paper presents the efforts of the team of the R&D SME Architectural Spies EOOD of creating а building energy model (BEM) of the cultural heritage building at 28 Dragoman St and 11 Bdin St, Varna, Bulgaria. Two types of BEMs are presented: based on BIM and based on FLIR thermal surveys.
