Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire device in patients with acute basilar artery occlusion (ABAO). 机械取栓联合支架治疗急性基底动脉闭塞5例疗效分析

目的探讨Solitaire装置机械取栓治疗急性基底动脉闭塞(ABAO)的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2016年5月至2018年11月5例ABAO患者行机械取栓加支架术的临床资料。记录临床治疗效果及安全性。结果5例患者均成功行血管内机械取栓术;4例患者成功再通(改良脑梗死溶栓[mTICI]分级2b或3);1例患者的栓子被分离到远端小动脉。无症状性颅内出血;1例患者因大面积小脑梗死行颅脑减压切除术。治疗90 d后随访结果显示，4例患者预后良好(改良Rankin量表评分0-3分)。结论采用Solitaire器械机械取栓是治疗ABAO患者安全、有效的方法。关键词:急性基底动脉闭塞;机械血栓切除术;纸牌支架
