Abstract

The use of flow diverters has been well-validated for the treatment of giant internal carotid artery aneurysms. However, in certain complex cases, the navigation of stent microcatheters across the neck may pose a relative challenge.1, 2, 3 In this technical video (video 1), we present the case of a patient in their 50s experiencing discomfort in the left eye.
