Community Service to Increase Awareness of the Importance of COVID-19 Vaccine

Abstract

The COVID-19 vaccine is one way among others to hasten the end the COVID-19 pandemic. That is why efforts to make all Indonesian people get this vaccine so that herd immunity is continuously encouraged. One way is to provide counselling about the COVID-19 vaccine so that people understand and are willing to be vaccinated.Therefore, the Medical Faculty of Trisakti University  in this community service program held counselling for members of the Harapan Indah church in the Ignatius Loyola area, Bekasi. The event will be held online with zoom) on March 28, 2021 with counselling and question and answer methods.The success of this counselling is that participants gain an understanding of the urgent of the COVID-19 vaccine and are not afraid to be vaccinated.
