门诊手术中心65岁及以上患者行全髋关节置换术的安全性

对于年龄≥65岁的全髋关节置换术(THA)患者当日出院(SDD)的安全性，目前缺乏相关研究。回顾性分析了69例在2个独立的门诊手术中心(ASCs)接受原发性THA术后SDD的患者，以评估其安全性和并发症。66例患者符合SDD目标，1例患者需要转运至医院输血，2例患者在ASC进行过夜观察。本研究表明，通过适当的术前评估、患者选择和教育，≥65岁的患者可以安全地在独立ASC中进行THA。
