Abstract

At the same time as the rapid development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation, the phenomenon of abandoning wind and abandoning light has become increasingly serious. Increasing the accuracy of wind power and photovoltaic power generation prediction can effectively alleviate the occurrence of abandoned wind and abandoned light and it is of great significance for improving the power utilization rate of new energy generation. 在风电、光伏发电快速发展的同时,弃风弃光现象日益严重。提高风电和光伏发电预测的准确性,可以有效缓解弃风弃光现象的发生,对提高新能源发电的电力利用率具有重要意义。本文从新能源消费运行机制出发,阐述了准确的新能源发电功率预测对提高新能源消费、降低传统化石能源消费的影响;然后以风电场为例,分析了影响短期风电预测精度的主要因素;最后,在以上介绍的基础上,总结了未来提高新能源发电功率预测精度的主要方法和措施。
