Legal Regulation of Residential House Construction on Land Plots Used by Peasant (Farm) Households

Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is specified by the introduction of legislative changes from March 1, 2022, which determine the possibility of building a residential building on the land plots used by peasant (farmer) farms. Earlier, the similar studies were conducted by some scientists, but as a result, it was concluded that the studied question was not regulated by a law and required a solution at the state level. After the entry into the force of the relevant laws, the study of the legal support for the construction of a residential building on the land plots used by peasant (farmer) farms for implementation of their activities is conducted for the first time.
