The results of the research are presented and the state of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice is revealed based on the experience of professional pedagogical colleges – experimental institutions of the all-Ukrainian level of education in Odesa. \nModern approaches to the organization of the formation of the professional competence of the teacher of New Ukrainian School in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education of Ukraine are highlighted. The main attention is paid to the issues of innovative development of the formation of the professional competence of the primary school teacher and the professional growth of the competences of the young teacher in general secondary education institutions, which are accompanied by changes in the consciousness of the teacher, the search of new tasks and strategies, the goal of their achievement; circumstances that require selection and making non-standard decisions. The psychological foundations of the professional competence of the teacher's personality are considered, which are combined into three interrelated blocks: methodological, substantive (social-psychological), instrumental. Abstract

The article describes various scientific approaches to the problem of the professional competence of the teacher, analyzes studies that reveal the content of the professional competence of the teacher in a modern educational institution, in particular, a primary school teacher. The results of the research are presented and the state of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice is revealed based on the experience of professional pedagogical colleges – experimental institutions of the all-Ukrainian level of education in Odesa. 新乌克兰学校教师专业能力的经验形成
本文阐述了研究教师专业能力问题的各种科学方法,分析了揭示现代教育机构特别是小学教师专业能力内涵的研究。根据敖德萨全乌克兰教育水平实验机构——专业师范学院的经验,介绍了研究结果,并揭示了教学理论和实践中存在的问题。强调了在乌克兰研究生教育体系中组织新乌克兰学校教师专业能力形成的现代途径。主要关注小学教师专业能力形成的创新发展问题和普通中等教育机构青年教师专业能力的专业成长问题,这些问题伴随着教师意识的转变、新任务和新策略的探索、成就目标的确立;需要选择和做出非标准决策的环境。教师人格的专业能力的心理学基础被考虑,这被结合成三个相互关联的块:方法论,实质性(社会心理学),工具。详细介绍了教育过程的科学和方法支持的信息,考虑到现代国内经验,教学和心理科学的成就,以及对敖德萨地区专业教育机构学生教学实践的组织和实施的创造性探索进行了分析。
