This has a positive impact on the work environment and customer relationships through positive self-esteem, so it is judged that organizing an educational curriculum will have a positive impact on job ability and personal performance so that they can remind them of the positive energy of learning workers through personality and psychological education. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improving job skills, improving the working environment in the beauty industry, and establishing stable on-site practical education by studying the self-esteem of learning workers.
