The intake of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and B5 with diets exceeds the recommended values. The study of the quality of diets of junior students showed that the majority of students have a polydeficient diet, unbalanced in terms of water- and fat-soluble vitamins, as well as a lack of a conscious attitude to nutrition.
