Abstract

An ethnobotanical study was carried out in Karaman province (South of Central Anatolia) and wild edible species were identified used as food, spice, pickle, appetizer, mastic, tea and coffee. Identified 61 wild edible plant species belonging to 20 families of the 57 flowering plants, 2 fungi and 1 lichen species were collected from different localities in Karaman.
