Abstract

不同焊接方式未加筋叠接CHS kk节点的有限元分析
现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)对未加筋叠置CHS - kk节点的隐焊是否焊接没有明确规定。本文主要分析了两种不同焊接方式对隐焊接头极限承载力的影响:弦撑直径比β、径厚比γ和弦撑厚度比τ。分析了接头焊接和未焊接隐蔽焊缝对低频载荷作用下接头滞回性能的影响,并利用ANSYS有限元法得到了接头的滞回曲线。无论是同侧支撑还是对侧支撑,接头的隐焊对接头的破坏模式和极限承载力影响不大。未焊隐蔽焊缝的接头滞回性能远好于已焊隐蔽焊缝的接头,因此在工程中可采用不焊隐蔽焊缝的接头。
