FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN SAWAH DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan luas alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor dari tahun ke tahun berfluktuasi. Alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu laju penduduk, jumlah industri, luas lahan perumahan dan jumlah hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui perkembangan alih fungsi lahan sawah. 2) mengetahui pengaruh laju penduduk, jumlah industri, luas lahan perumahan dan jumlah hotel terhadap alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor dengan menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk data deret waktu (time series) dengan periode waktu sepuluh tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2009 sampai 2018 dengan data dibuat kuartal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) peningkatan luas alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor berfluktuasi selama tahun 2009 sampai dengan 2018. 2) laju penduduk, jumlah industri, luas lahan perumahan dan jumlah hotel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan sawah di Kabupaten Bogor. Hal ini perlu didukung dengan peran pemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan untuk mengendalikan alih fungsi lahan sawah dan penyuluh dalam mengedukasi petani pentingnya lahan sawah.Kata kunci: alih fungsi lahan sawahAbstractThe development of rice field conversion area in Bogor Regency fluctuated from year to year. The conversion of rice fields in Bogor Regency can be influenced by several factors including population rate, number of industries, residential land area and number of hotels. This study aims to 1) determine the development of the conversion of rice fields. 2) knowing the effect of population rate, number of industries, residential land area and number of hotels on the conversion of rice fields in Bogor Regency. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method. The data used to determine the factors that affect the conversion of rice field in Bogor Regency using secondary data in the form of time series data with a time period of the last ten years, namely from 2009 to 2018. The results show that 1) an increase in area the conversion of rice fields in Bogor Regency tends to fluctuate during the period 2009 to 2018. 2) population rate, number of industries, residential land area and number of hotels have a significant effect on the conversion of rice fields in Bogor Regency. This needs to be supported by the role of the government in making policies to control the conversion of rice fields and extension workers in educating farmers on the importance of rice fields.Keywords: The Conversion of Rice Field
