The specific objectives are to explicate the legality of the strike, the standard procedures to be followed in case of a dispute or non-agreement between parties, the practical application of collective bargaining and the tactics used to resolve disputes. This case will enable a better understanding of the industrial relations scenario and enhance the appreciation of the same.
