Firstly, the influence on the voltage of the distribution network under the short-circuit fault for the distribution network is analyzed, and the ability of energy storage to participate in voltage regulation of the grid is analyzed. Secondly, considering the actual operation mode of the energy storage system, an energy storage reactive power control strategy including plant level and local control is proposed. The plant-level control uses the constant voltage control method, and the local level adopts the reactive power-voltage coordinated control method. Reactive power output is adjusted by bus voltage changes to improve transient voltage stability.
