Abstract

Abstract The contribution is aimed at improving the process of production of certain products by applying the Six Sigma methodology. It is a practical application of this methodology in an industrial company in solving a specific issue. Six Sigma uses the DMAIC logic cycle, which was also applied to the project. The aim of the project was to eliminate the process of calibrating parts after hardening, which were marked as nonconforming products.
