Abstract
Currently, the flipped classroom methodology is one of the most used by teachers in higher education since it allows active and collaborative learning of students. The objective of this work is to describe the design and validation process of an instrument to evaluate the perception and satisfaction of university students regarding the flipped classroom model of a public higher education institution in Mexico. The research is descriptive, in which a questionnaire was designed that was submitted to validation by a panel of experts and the reliability validation was carried out by means of Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The results obtained from this process show that the instrument is valid for a reliable evaluation of the perception and satisfaction of university students regarding the flipped classroom model. It is concluded that the instrument and the elements that comprise it accurately represent and measure the content of the flipped classroom model that is intended to be evaluated.
