At present, there are some problems at the level of teachers, such as imperfect policies for attracting talents, unclear structure of teachers and inadequate measures for retaining talents. In terms of teaching materials, there are some problems such as inconformity with the reality, non-standard selection system and insufficient ideological and political elements in the content. In the aspect of teaching method, there are some problems, such as outdated teaching mode, single teaching means, insufficient cultivation of students' practical ability and unsatisfied demand of information-based teaching. Abstract

: Under the background of the Three Education reform, the purpose of this study is to sort out the problems concerning teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods in applied colleges and vocational colleges through literature analysis, and put forward relevant countermeasures.
