This research is motivated by the low performance of teachers both in terms of planning learning, implementing learning, and evaluating learning. To determine whether or not there is an influence between the transformational leadership of the principal on teacher performance, this study uses quantitative research where the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. This study took place at SMPN 1 Banyuglugur with a population of 56 people. The types of data required in this study include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique in this study is to use the Field Research method. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires filled out through the Google Form. The validity test of correlation data includes a normality test and a linearity test. The normality test was performed with the SPSS Version 20 for windows application with the formula One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. The result of the study is that the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the performance of teachers and staff in schools is acceptable and there is a significant influence between the transformational leadership variables of the principal and the variables of teacher and staff performance at SMPN 1 Banyuglugur. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, there is a fairly strong influence, as well as the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the influence of the transformational leadership of the principal with the performance of teachers and staff in the school shows a positive and linear direction. 本研究旨在探讨校长变革型领导对教师绩效提升的影响。本研究的动机是教师在学习计划、学习实施和学习评价方面的低绩效。为了确定校长变革型领导对教师绩效之间是否存在影响,本研究采用定量研究,其中数据来自问卷调查的结果。这项研究在SMPN 1 Banyuglugur进行,共有56人。本研究所需的数据类型包括primary data和secondary data。本研究的数据收集技术是采用实地调查的方法。研究工具以问卷的形式通过谷歌表格填写。相关数据的效度检验包括正态性检验和线性检验。正态性检验采用SPSS Version 20 for windows应用程序,公式为单样本Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验。研究结果表明,校长变革型领导对学校师生绩效的影响是可以接受的,并且校长变革型领导变量与班育格尔小学师生绩效变量之间存在显著影响。从相关系数的计算结果来看,存在着较强的影响,同时从决定系数的计算结果来看,校长变革型领导对学校教职工绩效的影响呈现出正线性的方向。
