A very good management in the company has a positive impact in making the company performance higher than other companies that they have no good management. Inspire of the fact that corporate governance ha several internal mechanisms, the current research tested the effect of board size and CEO duality on company financial performance measures namely ROA 36 public listed companies in Oman. Annual data collection is annual reports, covering fiscal year of 2022. In addition, the current research utilized Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to be used by the current study to analyse data.
