Integration of DMS & ISO 30401 to Design a Procurement Process Quality Framework

Abstract

This research aims to integrate document management system and ISO 30401 to design a procurement process quality framework. Research objectives are i) studying current problems and operations, and ii) propose a framework to improve the current business process quality. Samples consist of executive, experts, and operational staff. To form research methodology, knowledge management explains an overview of the work process that will be developed and improved for greater efficiency. ISO 30401: Knowledge management system helps gather the organization's existing knowledge scattered in person as well as various documents into a knowledge management system based on standard requirements. Later, everyone in the organization can access knowledge, exchange knowledge, accumulate knowledge, transfer learning, and develop themselves to be knowledgeable and able to work efficiently thereby contributing to the creation of a standardized work process for recruitment.
