Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Terms of Herbalomics

Abstract

With the rapid development of systems biology promoted by multitargeted drug discovery, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) studies have been regressing to holism. More holistic concepts and methods of TCM herbalomics are appearing, and this will consequently facilitate the research and development of TCM in research model and pattern. This article describes a research road map and theory frame- work of herbalomics.
