Abstract

Adolescents’ physical and mental development has obvious age-stage characteristics. Therefore, before the implementation of physical education teaching, it is necessary to fully analyze the laws of adolescents’ psychological development and fully understand the laws of adolescents’ physical development and exercise acquisition.
