Abstract
Offering the high spectral resolution of conventional Raman spectroscopy combined with reduced acquisition time, multiplex coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (MCARS) microspectroscopy using sub-nanosecond laser pulses has been accepted as a mature and straightforward technology for label-free bioimaging.
