Abstract

Studying the distribution law of equipment failure is the foundation of reliability engineering research. In order to study the problems of the complex structure and failure mechanism of the wireless communication hardware system, and the difficulty in describing the overall reliability, this paper starts from the research on the failure distribution of the underlying hardware equipment.
