Abstract

We present a numerical study of dynamical blood flow in a left ventricle of human heart using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Three-dimensional shape of the left ventricle model was reconstructed using spline interpolation, based on a set of two-dimensional ultrasound echocardiogram images.
