Application of humic acid and inoculation with phosphorine and rhizobactrine decreased soil pH but they increased soil organic carbon and available N, P and K. The yeast extract, humic acid and bio-fertilizer inoculation increased the economic return of faba bean. Abstract

Increasing the need for food production leadto increasing the use of mineral fertilizationthat affects the soil and the ecosystem. A field trail was conducted to investigate the response of faba bean plants to the foliar application ofyeast extract, inoculation with bio-fertilizer and application of humic acid.
