Medical or surgical treatment depends on the assessment of the lesion and libido, the value of the bull, age, penile involvement, management and postoperative complications, and availability of trained personnel, among others. This research presents a non-probabilistic descriptive study of breeding animals, describing the medical-surgical follow-up of bulls aged between 4.5 and 9 years with disease of the mucosa and connective tissue of the prepuce. At examination, constant clinical symptoms were decreased libido, ulcerative inflammation of the preputial mucosa, phimosis, and, in 7 animals, urinary retention in the sac.
