Features of Exercising of Digital Rights

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the implementation of digital rights, taking into account the current legislation and domestic doctrine. As a result of the conducted research, the peculiarities of the implementation of digital rights are revealed. The possibility of using classical and new mechanisms for protecting the rights of digital rights holders, taking into account the features inherent in these objects, is analyzed.
