Legal and Organizational Grounds for the Participation of the Scientific Community in the Development of the State Policy in Education and Science

Abstract

The article reviews the legal and organizational issues of the participation of the leading public and non-profit organizations in the sphere of education and science in the development of the state policy, among which the author singles out the Russian Professor Assembly. The publication analyzes the main forms of their operations and cooperation with government authorities.
