The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Hail University has a high degree in applying the curricula of organizational development practices, and a medium degree in applying organizational development strategies. It also achieved a high degree in its ability to achieve a competitive advantage. A positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of (0.01) was found between the application of curricula and strategies for organizational development at the University of Hail and its ability to achieve competitive advantage as one of the requirements of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 as seen by the academic leaders.
