A positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of (0.01) was found between the application of curricula and strategies for organizational development at the University of Hail and its ability to achieve competitive advantage as one of the requirements of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 as seen by the academic leaders. Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the role of organizational development (curricula - strategies) in achieving the competitive advantage of the University of Hail as one of the requirements of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and to achieve this goal the study used the descriptive method.
