The drawbacks of this procedure are well-known and well-understood: it takes time, is prone to errors, and there is always the possibility of proxy attendance. We provide a practical and fashionable way for recording attendance using face recognition technology. The technology will recognize a person's face, and compare it to the database to determine whether they are present. Furthermore, the attendance sheet is kept with student information and time, which can be manually amended if necessary.
