Abstract

Performance appraisal is the process of evaluating how well employees do their work when compared to a set of standards, and then communicating with employees. Therefore, performance appraisal must be guided by the agreed upon standards in work standards. school supervisors are identical to the supervision of education which has a special meaning which is to help and participate in efforts to improve and improve the quality of both personal or institutional. This study focused on the performance of supervisors in the aspects of implementing the academic system of teachers in public elementary schools throughout North Bengkulu.
