Abstract

Multifocal multiphoton microscopy (MMM) is an efficient and technically simple method for generating multiphoton fluorescence images. Featuring the high axial resolution of confocal and multiphoton scanning microscopes, MMM also achieves high speed in 3-D microscopy.
