Abstract

Reported here is a new Ni(II) compound, namely {Ni2(L)(bipy)2(H2O)2}n (1 H4L = 6-(3′,4′-dicarboxyl-phenoxy)isophthalic acid, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), which has been synthesized via the solvothermal reactions of Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, H4L and bipy.
