Mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression were used. \nFindings/Results: It was found that there is positive and significant relationship found between predictors and criterion variables. Abstract
Aim: Purpose of this existing study is to investigate the quality services through patient satisfaction using SERVPERF-model.
