Development of Embedded Board forOMAP4460

Abstract

Embedded development board consists of a microprocessor and other peripherals as hardware and support packages in the form of tool chains needed for an engineer to become acquainted with the microprocessor on the board and to learn to program it. It also serves to users of the microprocessor as a method to prototype applications in products. This paper discusses the development of a full featured development board for OMAP4460 multi core processor. The peripherals and interfaces of the board are detailed in the paper
