Abstract

This barrier is responsible for protecting the central nervous system, strictly selective in the transition of substances that cross and can be deposited in the brain region. Thus, r-GO became an efficient carrier of drugs where other substances it was not previously possible. In this way, the study of diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s suffered great impact with the advance of this new area [2].
