Abstract

This article analyzes the three major problems faced by Chinese SMEs in digital transformation: "don't want to transform", "don't dare to transform", and "don't know how to transform" against the background of the fact that the industrial The Internet in China has caused restructuring and accelerated the reform of the manufacturing industry. This article summarizes the classic digital transformation path for SMEs and explores new options and new opportunities for SMEs in the face of digital transformation under the industrial Internet model.
