Legal Regulation of Patients` Rights and Obligations in the Context of Biomedical Service Rendering

Abstract

In modern legal reality and medical practice, with the very progressive development of society and medical technologies, it seems that the need for special legal regulation of the rights and obligations of the patient in the provision of biomedical services in order to effectively apply them is becoming important. The article analyzes the rights and obligations of the patient in the provision of biomedical services from the point of view of their regulatory regulation and implementation in biomedical practice.
