A common set of \";building codes\"; is proposed in this paper as a framework adopted for data interoperability among Real-Time System (RTS) components to replace gateways. It implements generic behavioral models for monitoring and controlling system composed of dynamic service servers, service invokers, a common protocol class, a component class, a message class, and a use case class. The target system might be adjusted to the framework, allowing the software components to have high degrees of cost-effective reuse. The framework was validated by building a control station prototype system, which controls UAV missions at run-time, while self-adapting service servers according to external events.
