Initially developed as an economic practice in the United States, corporate social responsibility has become a general hallmark of economic activities across the globe. Abstract

Since the second half of the twentieth century, in the liberal world economy, the idea has emerged that the benefit of entrepreneurs must be harmonized with environmental protection, safety and health measures for workers and the provision of extra-wage earnings.
