The research method used in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The number of samples is 97 people. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. Based on the results of the calculation, the regression obtained a constant of 0.415, b1 0.344, b2 0.243 b3 0.404 in the determinant coefficient (KD) obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.608 or (60.8%). While the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables.
