The results showed that implementing industrial internships will be immensely beneficial to teachers. Abstract

—This research aimed at describing the industrial experience benefits for improving the competence of Vocational High School teachers. Descriptive research methods were used to collect data from students enrolled in the Teacher Professional Education Program in 2021. The research revealed that learning in Vocational High Schools is carried out in classrooms, workshops, laboratories, studios, teaching factories, and industry.
