Legal Issues of Innovative Activities in the Area of Circulation of Medical Devices

Abstract

The main value of any state is the health of the population, the protection of which serves as a strategic direction of state activity. The effective development of healthcare in Russia is today named as one of the key tasks of the leadership of our country. The article examines the problems, features and topical aspects of innovation in the medical industry, in particular, in the field of circulation of medical devices, and also assesses the state of the Russian medical industry at the present stage. The author proposes measures aimed at the development of Russian production of medical devices.
